The Royal Institute of British Architects, Manser Medal rewards the architects of the best one-off house or major extension designed by an architect in the UK.
Big Time Pictures were commissioned to produce a series of films about the awards and the six finalists for the 2010 prize.
The judges for the 2010 RIBA Manser Medal were Michael Manser CBE, Deborah Saunt, DSDHA, Luke Tozer, Pitman Tozer Architects, Peter Mackie from Property Vision and Tony Chapman, RIBA Head of Awards. Big Time Pictures filmed the judges as they visited each property as well as interviewing both the shortlisted architects and their clients.
The films were shot in High Definition with music by New York based band, Memory Tapes.
The finished films were used as a central part of the awards evening hosted by Kevin McCloud, and to accompany the RIBA's travelling exhibition.
